We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with your Abode cost segregation study, contact us within 90 days of your purchase date for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@abodecostseg.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order confirmation number or the email address used at checkout. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Eligibility
Refund requests made within 90 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a full refund.
Requests made after 90 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
Processing
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Stripe processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
